The short answer

La Sala by LastCrit is a monologue room at Carrer de Méndez Núñez 7, in Ciutat Vella. It lists sessions on four days a week, Thursday to Sunday, almost all in Spanish. Tickets start at €12.

Go if you speak Spanish and want a cheap stand-up night with a choice of times. Skip it if you need English, or if you want a website, a seat count and an access note before you book. We found none of the three.

The room ranks 5th in the Top 10 comedy clubs in Barcelona. Its total is calculated on 90 points, not 100, because we could not re-check a public rating. How we rate shows the sums.

At a glance. Address: Carrer de Méndez Núñez, 7, 08003 Barcelona, Ciutat Vella. 16 sessions from 2 to 15 November, 12 titles. Tickets from €12, or €11 on 15 November. Spanish, with one Catalan show. Sold through Taquilla, Atrápalo and Fever. No website found.

Where it is

The address is Carrer de Méndez Núñez, 7, 08003 Barcelona. The district is Ciutat Vella, on the edge of the old town. Taquilla gives the address and warns that it is approximate. It says the only fully valid address is the one printed on your ticket.

Treat that warning seriously. A pin can land on the next street, and a small room has no big sign. Read the address on the ticket before you leave, and arrive early on your first visit.

The Taquilla page gives no station and no walking time, and the room has no site of its own. We name no stop. Put the address into the planner on TMB for the nearest metro, bus and night bus.

Open in Google Maps for the street view. We have not walked the street, and nothing here describes the entrance.

What the room is like

We can say little, and we prefer to say so. The room has no website. The Taquilla page is a list of upcoming sessions and does not describe the space. It gives no capacity, no photos we could use, no bar notes and no access information.

What the name tells us is limited. "La Sala" means the hall or the room. "LastCrit" is a brand that appears in the listings of several shows. Fever lists the place as La Sala by LastCrit Comedy Club, which suggests a room for stand-up.

The scorecard gives the room 4 points out of 15 for facilities and atmosphere. That is the lowest room score of the clubs in places 3 to 6. It reflects missing information and not a bad room. If someone has been and wants to tell us what it is like, the first-hand slot below is waiting.

Access and facilities

We found no note on stairs, lifts, toilets or a bar. If your group needs step-free access, you will have to ask. Without a website or a phone number in our data, the route is the ticket seller's contact page, and the answer may be slow.

A normal week at La Sala

The listing gives dated sessions with start times. It gives no weekly pattern as such, but the two weeks in our window look the same. Sessions run from Thursday to Sunday. Here is every session we read.

DayFirst week (5 to 8 November)Second week (12 to 15 November)
Thursday20:0020:00
Friday19:30 and 21:3019:30 and 21:30
Saturday18:00, 20:15 and 22:30 (the last one in Catalan)18:00, 20:15 and 22:30
Sunday18:30 and 20:1518:30 and 20:15

The pattern gives you choices. On Saturday there are three sessions, at 18:00, 20:15 and 22:30. You can see an early one and still have the night. On Friday, 19:30 and 21:30 are close to the usual dinner times.

Total: 16 sessions in the two weeks, across 12 titles. The same performers return on several days. For example, a series called Vengo a Reírme appears on most dates, paired with a different comedian each time.

Source: the Taquilla page for the room, read on 2 November 2026.

How to read the listing

The titles look odd at first. Many sessions carry two or three names joined by slashes. A session may read as one comedian's own show, the Vengo a Reírme series name and a city tag, all in one line. The aggregator seems to merge the titles from several seller pages.

Taquilla does not define Vengo a Reírme. The likeliest reading is that it works as a recurring show name, with a different comic or pair of comics on each date. That is our reading of the listing, not a statement from the room.

The 12 titles in the window include shows by named monologuists, a Catalan-language show and a black-humour night. None is described in English. We do not translate the blurbs, because the listing carries none.

Two practical tips follow. First, search the comic's name on the seller's page for a video clip before you book. Second, look at the language line, if the seller gives one. The Taquilla page does not, and we infer Spanish from the titles.

Source: the Taquilla page for the room, seen 2 November 2026.

What it costs

The listing shows a "from" price for each session. It is €12 for fourteen of the sixteen and €11 for the two on Sunday 15 November. The median is €12, and none of the sessions is free.

A "from" price is the lowest ticket on the aggregator. It is not the only price. A seller may add a booking fee, and a later date may cost more. We did not go through checkout, so we cannot give the final figure.

At €12 the room sits close to the Clubhouse showcases, which run at €8 to €12 online. It is cheaper than Teatre Muntaner, where the median is €20. It is above Club Cronopios, where the median is €10 and some sessions include a drink.

The scorecard gives value 9 points out of 15. The price is fair for a monologue night. It loses points because there are no free sessions and no group price.

Who La Sala suits

Spanish speakers who want stand-up

This is the core audience. The room offers a monologue every evening from Thursday to Sunday, at a fair price, with several start times. If your Spanish is good, you can pick a night that fits your plans and book it in a few minutes.

A date night

It works for a couple who both follow Spanish. The early Saturday session at 18:00 leaves the evening open, and the Friday 21:30 session fits after dinner. Our date night guide lists rooms with English if one of you needs it.

A group

We found no group price and no group page. A room of unknown size is a risk for a party of six or more. Book early, book together, and ask the seller if the seats can sit side by side. The group night out guide lists shows that publish a group rate.

A visitor without Spanish

Pick another room. A monologue night asks you to follow jokes at speed, and the listing offers no English. The English nights out guide and the stand-up and open mics guide list the options in English.

Catalan speakers

One session in the window is in Catalan: Sóc un bon catalanet, on Saturday 7 November at 22:30. It is the only Catalan show we found at this room. If Catalan matters to you, check later dates, because we saw only two weeks.

Booking and house rules

Book through the Taquilla listing, which sends you on to a seller. The sellers named in our data are Atrápalo and Fever. We did not find a website for the room, a phone number or an email address.

Taquilla marks some sessions as having low availability. That tells you the room is small enough to fill, but it does not tell you the size. If you want a Saturday session, book a few days ahead rather than on the day.

We found no age rule, refund rule, dress code or late-entry rule. Each seller has its own refund terms, so read them at checkout. Keep the confirmation email on your phone, because the room has no box office we know of.

How it compares

Against the Clubhouse, La Sala offers fewer days and no English. The Laietana review and the Canvis Nous review cover rooms that run most days of the week in English, with free open mics.

Against the other Spanish-language rooms, La Sala has the widest spread of titles after the theatre. It lists 12 titles in 16 sessions. Club Cronopios lists only 2 titles in 23 sessions. Teatre Muntaner lists 7 titles in 21.

Against Secret Comedy Club, the difference is simple. Secret has an English night and almost no schedule. La Sala has a schedule and no English.

The total is 47 points out of the 90 available, which we scale to 52.2 out of 100. That puts the room in 5th place. A rating of 4.4 from 45 reviews on Fever, for the Vengo a Reírme show, appeared in our earlier research. We did not re-fetch that page, so we do not count it.

We prefer to leave a criterion out than to guess it. If the rating is confirmed later, the room could gain a few points. That would not change the order by itself, since the next room is close.

What we could not source

  • A website, a phone number or an email address for the room.
  • The capacity, the stairs, the toilets and any access note.
  • The language of each show, since the listing gives none.
  • A current public rating for the room or its shows.
  • The exact door. Taquilla marks the address as approximate.
  • The meaning of the LastCrit name beyond what the listings show.

We have not been to the room for this page, and nothing here describes a visit. A first-hand write-up and photos will be added when someone has been and the rights are cleared. Until then, see the Top 10 comedy shows in Barcelona for what to watch in English.

What public sources say

We found no written audience reviews of the room: Fever shows star ratings only, and we could not open the review text on two other ticket sites. The two lines below are the only attributable public words we found. Neither is a review. The second is a venue description from a ticket platform, in Catalan, with a plain English gloss.

Questions people ask

Is La Sala by LastCrit in English?

No, as far as we can tell. Every session in our two-week window is in Spanish, apart from one Catalan show on 7 November at 22:30. The ticket listing does not state a language, so this comes from the Spanish titles. If you want comedy in English, the Clubhouse rooms list it every day of the same window.

How much is a ticket?

The listing shows a "from" price. It is €12 for most sessions and €11 for the two on Sunday 15 November. That makes the median €12 over 16 sessions. None is free. The "from" figure is the lowest ticket on the aggregator and can rise on busy dates, so check the final price at checkout.

Which days does it run?

Thursday to Sunday, in both weeks of our window. Thursday has one session at 20:00. Friday has two, Saturday has three and Sunday has two. Nothing is dated for Monday to Wednesday. The pattern comes from one aggregator listing, not from the room, so confirm a date before you plan around it.

Where do I buy tickets?

Through the Taquilla listing, which sends you to sellers such as Atrápalo and Fever. We found no website for the room and no box office phone. Taquilla also marks some sessions as low availability. Keep the confirmation email, because with no site of its own the ticket is your only proof of the booking.

Can I trust the map pin?

Not fully. Taquilla marks the address as approximate and says the only valid one is the address printed on your ticket. The street is Carrer de Méndez Núñez, number 7, in Ciutat Vella. Read the ticket for the exact door, and allow a few minutes in case the pin is a street or two off.

Is it a good place for a first night of Spanish comedy?

It can be, if you follow Spanish well. The shows are monologues, so the jokes rely on words, timing and local references. With basic Spanish you will lose a lot. A learner would do better with a visual show, such as improv. Try one session at €12 before you commit to a group booking.

What is the age limit at La Sala?

It depends on the show, and the sources do not agree. Fever marks Er Despechao as over 18, while its page for Cervecienta says all ages are welcome. Neither page states a rule for the room itself. Read the age line of the exact show you plan to book, and ask the ticket seller if the line is missing.

Can I get a refund if I cannot go?

Not on Fever. Its pages for La Sala shows say tickets are final and cannot be refunded, exchanged or modified. We read no refund rule on the Taquilla listing, and the room has no site of its own. Check the terms of the seller you choose before you pay, and keep the confirmation email.

What kind of room is La Sala?

A ticket platform describes it as a cozy neighbourhood room that hosts comedy nights and live music. Its address line reads Local interior, which means an interior unit. No page gives a capacity, a stage size or a seating plan, so we cannot say how many people fit or how close the front row sits.

Can I pay by card for La Sala tickets?

Yes, on one seller. The Teatre Barcelona page for the room says tickets are paid by debit or credit card. We read no payment terms on the other sellers, no statement about paying at the door and no box office phone. If you plan to pay on arrival, ask the seller by email first.

Does La Sala serve alcohol-free drinks?

We could not find out. No page we read mentions a bar, a drinks menu or a rule on bringing drinks into the room. The Fever pages list no included drink either. Ask the ticket seller before you go, or arrive early and ask at the door whether soft drinks and zero-alcohol beer are on sale.

Is La Sala wheelchair accessible?

No page says. The address line reads Local interior, and no seller lists steps, a lift or adapted seats. We therefore make no claim. Write to the seller before you book and ask three things: is there a step at the entrance, is there a wheelchair space, and are the toilets on the same level.

Are any shows at La Sala in English?

We could not confirm one. Some Fever titles look English, such as Calvo Is Born, This is an Orgy and Raw Pablez in Barcelona, but the pages state no performance language. A title is not proof. Taquilla lists mostly Spanish titles and one in Catalan. Ask the seller which language a show uses before you pay.

How well do audiences rate La Sala shows?

There are few ratings. Fever shows 4.0 from 5 ratings for Calvo Is Born, and 5.0 from one or two ratings for three other shows. That is too little to judge. We found no written audience reviews and no Tripadvisor page for the room, so the room score in our ranking rests on missing facts.

Is La Galeria by LastCrit the same place?

We cannot tell. Fever lists a venue called La Galeria by Lastcrit at the same address, Carrer de Méndez Núñez 7, with experiences coming soon. Its web address ends in sala-mutuo, and the description does not match the name. The comedy shows we read sit under La Sala by Lastcrit Comedy Club.

Is La Sala the top pick for English comedy in Barcelona?

No. It ranks 5th in our Top 10, scored on 90 points because we found no public rating to check. Its shows are in Spanish, with one in Catalan. For English nights, read the Clubhouse reviews. La Sala suits Spanish speakers who want a cheap monologue night with a choice of start times.
